In this lecture course

on my system of Salvation and harmonious development

I present the technology

that allows you to manipulate information

on the same level as the Creator does 

to manage information

and in fact in the field of information

there are supposed to be completely different phenomena

that is all the phenomena that you perceive

at the level of Perception 

well you can refer to the concept of information

and information in this case implies

a very specific local meaning

is what you perceive

and in this regard the challenge

to do what the Creator does

is that the ideological goal

is to make the eternal reproduction of life

in the sense that the Eternal Creator creates the eternal

and in a practical sense

is to find a very specific mechanism

which will allow on the basis of the usual logic of thinking

plus certain Spiritual positions

where for example the Soul creates the Spirit

Soul creates Consciousness 

you can gain control

the outer elements of Reality and the inner elements

if you so designate the system

on the principles that the Creator gives you

that is in fact

the task of being able to be completely universal

on the basis of

either on the basis of Logic Thinking

or on the basis of Perception

or on the basis of Spiritual development

or on the basis of for example the mechanisms

where the Soul creates Reality 

to be able to manipulate Reality

so that you can be saved

and you can save anyone else

not necessarily a human being

but just save

let's say some external object of information

from destruction

In this regard I will now consider

a specific case of my own

that relates directly to my practice

and this case is the first case so

that you will need to consider 

on the restoration of an organ that has been severed

So the point is that the cases that I'm looking at right now 

are going to have specific factual data attached to them

and there's a principle of learning when you look at a fact

and that is learning

and there's a principle where you just for example

you just kind of follow the theory of practice

that the consideration of these facts gives technology

i.e. these are the facts that convey the technology of knowledge

although it can be made always unified

a unified control system

although I sometimes consider a very specific case

So let's look at a case

in this case her last name is Simakova Nina

and she had her uterus cut off

after she came to me

on a problem of just optimizing future events

that if you know the Laws

you can do just one concentration

on a certain organ

and the organ starts to repair itself

or optimization happens on an event-by-event basis

so it's important to do it this way

so that you will always see

the perspective structure laid down by the Creator

always differentiate in your level of Perception

what is laid down by the Creator

as a certain canonical system

as a certain beacon in relation to which you should do

That's why the Creator laid down for Nina Simakova for example

there was a development and a rapid one at that

from the point of view and cognition

and then she started to develop very powerfully

in terms of positive solutions to the events around her

but here it may have become in a certain period

I don't have to explain it very long

because she herself is an evolved person

to build a womb

although I've had cases where I've done reconstruction

for example a cut ureter for example in the FSB clinic

So the meaning of the Creator's action 

is the free will of each person

are the tasks of Salvation and harmonious development

and Macro-regulation is meant

everything is done through the system of Macro-regulation first

for yourself and for others

that a problem for example a completely practical problem

is solved on the basis of the fact that the laws are known

by which I have considered the process

is only the process of realizing the Creator's position

in its manifestation

is on the target function of cognition

i.e. how the Creator gives knowledge

in your Perception

and that Perception must be in some way

connected

with His level

when He created all the objects

and in the same mass of so to speak information

in one unit volume or whatever you want to call it

in one element of Perception

are all the connections for the Creator 

and how to have

appropriate

exactly the appropriate relationship

i.e. the exact relationship

it can be singular it can be multiple

This is this sphere that I've described 

these are all the targets

the upper surface of the hemisphere 

all the targets that I've just described

I've arranged them like this

and geometrically if you scan digitally 

it actually exists quite precisely

I mean a lot of things exist near the physical body

in a very specific way

in exactly the form in which they're visible to everyone

but the challenge is exactly

is not to work with fixed forms

but the task is to create your own form

a form of control

i.e. so let's say I've described the tasks

and therefore having arranged in the form of such a hemisphere

in front of me for example in the dynamics of current time 

if I measure the time there for many years ahead there are not decades

in relation to the person

to the purpose of governance

i.e. to concentrate the desire so to speak

for this to happen the first element is like an axiom 

This is where the basic educational course begins

so you have to look at your objectives as

well from the outside actually by the management goal

i.e. to visualize a certain axis of so to say coordinates 

where on the axis for example OX is the development of future

spatial-temporal events

and see how you get the shape of the control target

i.e. geometrically the problem is very simple

you actually kind of look from the outside or visualize

an axis of coordinates

and there is a line going away from you to infinity

You're looking at it from the outside

for example from the side of your right hand

on this axis of coordinates

and see how this target shape is a hemisphere

how it changes over time at all

and you'll see at the moment of contraction of this hemisphere

at the moment of change into the future

you will see an event

It's called control clairvoyance

in fact it means your Perception

from outside of your physical body

which is quite ambiguous

There's a principle of control

when you're looking from the inside

So you're looking from inside the physical body

like from the heart

then you see that this hemisphere

starts to become flat

it changes depending on your point of view

and so it turns out that if you have

an internal control system for example

so you're looking from inside yourself

to this sphere

and it becomes flat

and then you look outside 

you see an element of your Perception

so you see

how your Perception is organized

in the spatial domain

you know some lines that intersect in a lot of ways

it could be a specific area 

Everyone has to consider their Perception

completely individual

next element 

you're Perception mentally again

inside the physical body

and build yourself

You have to be able to build yourself

the task of management is

after the first level of action

that I told you about is to build yourself

not on a principle like what you are

and that's the way it should be

but to consider the principle is very simple in principle

For the Creator every element of Reality 

is a newly created system

and He treats every next second

is seen as a completely independent task

if for a man he walks

and for example every element of Reality counts

it's causal 

but for the Creator

the Creator gives birth to every element of Reality

so for Him

what is newly created is always new

and when you look at yourself in this way

you will find in your physical body

So the next level that I've explained

is the level that when you consider

the movement of the event part

are projected into you

you're studying something you're reading something 

these are the events of external Reality

that are reflected in your perception system

but when you develop controlling clairvoyance 

Reality becomes available

and that's the concept of local Perception

with the notion that you have access

to any system 

shapes your cellular structure from the outside

I mean well you can imagine

that there's a set of locators

and they're acting in the opposite way

The beam is narrowing towards you 

but the dynamics of the light are moving towards you

Why did I use light as an example? 

I've discovered the properties of light

and on a physical level let's say on a computational level

Well my computational understanding is based of course

at the level of vision

i.e. I see an element and then it is confirmed in practice

Nevertheless it could be proven physically

that for example the direction of light

is simply a law

If we take light

the level of so to speak Consciousness

that builds exactly the creating Consciousness

and the speed of its motion

and the vector of direction 

is just the opposite of the movement

that the Consciousness perceives

For example you see light coming from a point

Here you are for example in the center

There are some spotlights coming from you let's say 

and the light is coming from you

then the Consciousness that builds you 

It goes the opposite way with the same speed

and is directed according to the opposite laws

If the light goes in the form of a certain beam expanding 

Well if it's incoherent like laser radiation

we think of it as ordinary optical light

that comes from the sun

for example in a large

not in the form of coherent waves

then the Consciousness builds just the opposite

that's why with the help of a crystal sensor

was able to build micro-matter there

just by changing the intensity of the radiation

It's actually very simple

it was enough to sort of solve the inverse problem

although it has of course many solutions

like any inverse problem 

but in the harsh conditions

I was able to find what it would take to get the substance

i.e. these things I've practiced completely in practice

first of all conceptual means something in the event plan

location

i.e. Spirit where it is then

if there are feelings

it turns out that if you look at the sensual realm for example

whether it is Spirit 

or is it a reproduction of only Perception

for example of your own level

on the level of what you see in the spiritual realm

but Soul

i.e. as homework again

from the Spirit's point of view

what are feelings

and from the point of view of Consciousness

what are feelings

and in terms of the feelings themselves like yeah

that there are feelings

and how do we consider the logic of Thinking

if we're looking at a sensory image for example

we're looking at a painting

I'm purposely giving a very complicated

incorrectly set task

so that just the principle of thinking about this task

it leads to the tasks that I am setting

to form an area of Consciousness

where you control only at the expense of desire

I mean once you've made the control 

then you don't have to control it all the time

the control must always come

to the level of Macro-regulation

That's what this is all about

and although each of you is involved in Macro-regulation

it's natural

because a second passes the Earth is not destroyed

Each of you has done something through the system of common connections

and my task is to open or add more fully

to the technology of Consciousness

where these reference points are that each of you has done something

i.e. these lectures they allow you to also consider

your own work

at the level of conscious control

which you've been doing for a long time

so the task of for example the same resurrection

means complete regeneration 

it is in certain levels

but if for example that's not enough

of looking at the Soul

as meaning through the structure

as the foundation that builds the Spirit

that the Soul builds the Consciousness

The Soul builds for example the spiritual part 

but in the investigative version

it participates through Consciousness

in the same thing again

So this is exactly the way

for direct contact with the Creator

i.e. so that the contact with the Creator is direct

and you can have it let's say on a certain technique of cognition

to view it at any time

i.e. this is the meaning of the control state

also lies in the fact

that you have to be at all times if necessary

in direct contact with the Creator 

then the control happens in perfect harmony

with external Reality

of either Thinking

or control constructs 

but there can be infinitely many of them

The norm is that

what is the normal logical norm

is normal health

normal development

and the ability to manage events in a way

in a way that is constructive for all

Therefore in principle whenever possible

with whatever constructs

that you develop in your management 

try to keep your eye on

a single goal like this

Macro-management

and plus further on in the private sphere

your creative management

but at the same time try

to be oriented at all times

that the technologies that you use

they are applied when you use them

Yes they can always be applied 

but the main thing is the development of your spirit

which means structuring the Soul

that is actually the orientation

actually a certain alignment of the Soul

to that level

where you know that you can always save

yourself and everyone

that is it's a knowledge that's aimed at

so that in any case in any combination of events

to prevent macro-destruction in the first place

and so the challenges here

can be quite different

after a certain number of decades

there may be a completely different design

but the goal of this lecture course

is to deal with every situation at all times
